Stephen R. Huston is a 1991 graduate of East Carolina University. He is a State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser with Huston Appraisal Company in Seaford, DE. Over the past 14 years, Steve has had significant experience both appraising and selling all types of residential properties including high value resort and homes with historic appeal throughout Sussex County. Steve is an Associate Member of the Delaware Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and a Member of the Maryland Association of Appraisers. In November of 2005, he was appointed by Delaware Governor Ruth Ann Minner to serve a term on the Delaware Council of Real Estate Appraisers.
